IceHogs Community Fund
The IceHogs Community Fund (ICF) is invested in making a positive social impact by supporting initiatives that will help make the Rockford region a better place to work, live, and play. Through partnerships with local organizations, the ICF is dedicated to growing the game of hockey by working to broaden exposure and reduce barriers to the sport.
Through the generosity of IceHogs fans, the ICF raises money primarily through jersey auctions and game day activities, including the 50/50 raffle and Spin-to-Win game at all IceHogs home games. Over the last five years, the IceHogs Community Fund has awarded $547,000 in grants to Rockford area nonprofit organizations.
This fiscal year alone, the ICF proudly awarded $152,000 in grants to 12 local non-profit organizations.

| Rock 'N Roll Institute | $10,000 | Provide equipment to build in-house studio for new audio recording and production program |
| Rockford Park District (Street Hockey) | $10,000 | Introduce 10,000 local youth and teens to the sport of hockey via community events and after school programs |

| VanVleet Family Foundation | $10,000 | Fund travel and accommodations for up to 8 high school teams from across the U.S. to compete in FVV Classic Thanksgiving basketball tournament, providing unique experience for local teams to compete on national stage against teams from across the country |
| Rockford Area Arts Council | $5,000 | Provide no-cost access to students attending the Arts Council’s "Spark!" summer arts programs |
| Rockford Park District (Buddy Hockey) | $5,000 | Provide community based recreation to promote the development, maintenance, and expression of a meaningful leisure lifestyle to people with disabilities |
| Rock Valley College Foundation | $2,100 | Fund scholarship for one RVC student who auditions and serves as RVC’s mascot, Arvee, the Golden Eagle |
