Season Ticket Member Entrance
Thank you for your support of the Rockford IceHogs and for creating an incredible atmosphere on opening night. It was a night for the record books as the IceHogs experienced our first opening night sellout since 2013. Thank you for bringing your passion and energy to the IceHogs’ 25th season in Rockford!
That success, however, did not come without a few challenges. We are aware of the longer than normal lines and reduced speed of entry at all entry doors including the new exclusive season ticket member entrance. Many of you shared your concerns and experiences and those comments have not gone unheard. We have discussed these challenges with ASM Global, the BMO Center management company from whom we lease the BMO Center on game nights. Moving forward, new procedures aimed at making significant improvements will be implemented.
Starting this Friday October 27, and moving forward at all games, the 15 minutes early entry period will be extended to 30 minutes at the exclusive season ticket member entrance on the upper concourse on Elm Street only. Beginning 30 minutes prior to general entry until 15 minutes prior to general entry, Season Ticket Members will be able to enter through the exclusive season ticket entrance and remain in the Jack Daniel's Bar area and adjacent concourse. Beginning 15 minutes prior to regular entry, the entire concourse will open to season ticket members. In addition, staffing resources will be redeployed so that the season ticket member exclusive entrance will have additional security personnel, ticket scanning personnel, and equipment. These measures are designed to improve the speed at which you enter BMO Center.
As a reminder, all doors open to the general public one hour prior to puck drop for every game at the BMO Center. If you arrive at the BMO Center and find yourself near another primary entrance, please don’t hesitate to enter the arena via the entrance that is nearest to you, your seat location, or whichever entrance is most convenient and familiar to you. The new season ticket member exclusive entrance is designed as a benefit to you for early entry, but you are not required to use this new entrance and can enter through any of the general doors (Main/Elm Street entrance, Church Street entrance from walk-over off Concourse Garage, and Church/Chestnut Street entrance).
