Season Ticket Exchange Policy
All exchanges are subject to availability and may be restricted during periods of high purchase volume.
- Ticket exchanges via telephone, email, and text will conclude at 5 p.m. Friday. Regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Day of game ticket exchanges may only be completed on the IceHogs app or via Account Manager at am.ticketmaster.com/icehogs.
- Day of game ticket exchanges will conclude two (2) hours before regular doors open.
- Full season and 20 game plan tickets may be exchanged for another regular season ticket prior to the originally scheduled game.
- Full season tickets that go unused may be exchanged for another ticket of equal or lesser value within the same regular season.
- Tickets are not upgradable for premium seating locations (Club Lounge/Club Boxes/Club Decks/IceBox, Suites).
- Paid credit from tickets released from a future game must be applied to another regular season game at the time of exchange. Unapplied credit will not be left on the account.
- If a ticket is exchanged for another ticket of lower value, the price difference will not be credited back to the account or refunded.
- If an unused full season ticket that has been exchanged also goes unused, it may not be exchanged again.  
- The Rockford IceHogs reserve the right to restrict access to available seats to prevent a single seat from being left open.
- Tickets are not exchangeable at the BMO Center box office and may only be exchanged via the IceHogs app, IceHogs Account Manager, or by contacting the Rockford IceHogs Ticket Services Team.  
- Calder Cup Playoff tickets are not eligible for exchange.   
- Regular season tickets and vouchers may not be exchanged for Calder Cup Playoff tickets.
- All unused full season tickets and vouchers are null and void at the conclusion of the 2024-25 regular season.
