Akim Aliu Aliu was held scoreless as Sudbury fell to Barrie 5-2 Friday and lost to Peterborough Saturday 3-2. He recorded two assists Sunday in a 5-4 win over Oshawa. Since being traded to Sudbury, Aliu has five goals, six assists and 34 penalty minutes. Sudbury is currently 22-26-6 on the season. |
Kyle Beach Beach recorded two assists as Lethbridge defeated Portland 4-3 in overtime Wednesday. He registered a goal in a 7-4 loss to Seattle Friday, and was named the third star of the game after he tallied a goal and had two assists in a 5-4 win over Everett Saturday. He tallied an assist in a 5-2 loss to Tri-City Sunday. In 13 appearances with Lethbridge this season, Beach has 11 goals, 10 assists and 28 penalty minutes. The club is currently 26-22-8 on the year. |
Jonathan Carlsson Brynäs IF did not play last week and will return to face Linköpings HC on Thursday, Feb. 12. In 47 contests this season, Carlsson has one assist and 47 penalty minutes. |
Simon Danis-Pepin Danis-Pepin was held scoreless as Maine fell to New Hampshire 4-1 Friday and defeated the club 1-0 Saturday. In 25 games this year, Danis-Pepin has seven assists and 23 penalty minutes. The Black Bears are currently 12-13-3 on the season. |
Shawn Lalonde Lalonde represented the Eastern Conference in the OHL All-Star Classic Wednesday, posting an assist in an 11-6 win over the West. He registered an assist as Belleville defeated Saginaw 5-1 Friday. Lalonde posted a goal the following evening in a 6-2 loss to Plymouth. In 53 contests this season, Lalonde has 18 goals, 23 assists and 61 penalty minutes. The Bulls are currently 35-15-4 on the year. |

Igor Makarov St. Petersburg did not play last week and will return to face Metallurg Nk on Thursday Feb. 12. In 36 games this season, Makarov has seven goals, six assists and 55 penalty minutes. |
Ben Smith Smith was held scoreless as Boston fell to Northeastern 6-1 Monday and defeated Massachusetts 2-0 Friday. In 25 contests this season, Smith has three goals, nine assists and four penalty minutes. B.C. is currently 12-9-4 on the season. |
Bill Sweatt Sweatt was held scoreless as Colorado College tied Michigan Technological University 2-2 Friday and defeated the club 4-1 Saturday. In 29 contests, Sweatt has 10 goals, nine assists and 28 penalty minutes. Colorado College is currently 14-9-7 on the season. |
Josh Unice Unice had 24 saves as Windsor defeated Owen Sound 4-3 Thursday. He did not appear Friday, as Windsor defeated London 4-3. In a 6-1 win over Niagara Saturday, Unice had 16 saves before being removed from the game in the third period for penalties. Unice has appeared in seven games for the club, logging 376 minutes, a 2.08 GAA and an .918 SV%. The Spitfires are currently 47-6-1 on the year. |
