HOME OPENER SET FOR OCT. 10 AT METROCENTRE

ROCKFORD, Ill.- Rockford IceHogs President Ryan Washatka, in conjunction with the American Hockey League, has announced that Opening Night for the Hogs tenth season and second as the top affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks is set for Oct. 10, 2008 at the Rockford MetroCentre. The time and opponent will be determined at a later date.
