RECAP: Hogs’ Season Comes to End after Loss in Front of Sold-Out BMO Center

2008-09 red jerseys to be given to the fans at final home game
Rockford, Ill.- The Rockford IceHogs will be giving away the jerseys off their back after Friday’s final home game against the Peoria Rivermen at 7:30 p.m. at the Rockford MetroCentre.
As a part of Rockford’s Fan Appreciation Night, the IceHogs will wear their red jerseys during Rockford’s last 2008-09 regular season home game and then give them to the winners of a raffle held throughout the night.
Fans may register to win until the end of the second intermission on the upper concourse and the winners will be announced in the third period. They will then be invited on to the ice after the game to receive the jersey from the player. There is no cost to register.
Additionally, the IceHogs team administration will present the 2008-09 Team Awards on the ice before the game. The IceHogs are also giving away Patrick Kane Bobblehead Dolls to the first 1,000 fans into the building and 2,500 fans will pick up a Team Photo courtesy of Johnson Press.
