Blackhawks Assign Nick Lardis to the IceHogs

The Chicago Blackhawks announced today that forward Nick Lardis has been assigned to the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League (AHL).

Lardis, 21, has posted two assists in six games with the Blackhawks this season. Last year in the AHL, the Ontario native recorded 32 points (18g, 14a) in 35 games during his All-Star season with the IceHogs.

Next time out, the IceHogs return home on Friday, October 16th, at 7:00 p.m. to host the Iowa Wild. It's 90s Night and a $3 Beer Friday, with tickets available at icehogs.com.
