Game Day Information

Parking

Parking fees are determined by the City of Rockford in conjunction with ABM Parking & Transportation Services. There is a parking garage directly across from the BMO Center, surface lots within walking distance, and limited street parking.

It is recommended to pre-pay for parking for a smoother payment process and to arrive 1-3 hours before doors open for a show. Pre-pay parking does not reserve your spot. Patrons have a 3 hour window before a show to claim their spot on a first-come, first serve basis.

All ABM and city parking locations are PRE-PAY or CASHLESS only. For parking customer support, please visit ABM Parking & Transportation Services.

If you are in need of assistance for a parking refund due to a canceled or rescheduled event, please contact ABM directly by calling 815‐968‐5294 or emailing parkrockford@abm.com.
