Game Day Information
Parking
Parking fees are determined by the City of Rockford in conjunction with ABM Parking & Transportation Services. There is a parking garage directly across from the BMO Center, surface lots within walking distance, and limited street parking.
It is recommended to pre-pay for parking for a smoother payment process and to arrive 1-3 hours before doors open for a show. Pre-pay parking does not reserve your spot. Patrons have a 3 hour window before a show to claim their spot on a first-come, first serve basis.
All ABM and city parking locations are PRE-PAY or CASHLESS only. For parking customer support, please visit ABM Parking & Transportation Services.

Hockey sticks (autograph event IceHogs games only)

Diaper bags (must be accompanied with kids)
Strollers (must collapse and stowed under seat)
Medical bags (an exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection)

Smoking: BMO Center is a smoke-free facility, which includes e-cigarettes.
No Re-entry: The BMO Center is a no re-entry facility. Please plan accordingly, as a new ticket must be purchased if you decide to leave the building.
BMO Center Guest Code of Conduct:
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests attending events at the BMO Center, the following behavior or activities are grounds for refusal of entry or eviction (and possibly arrest) from the BMO Center.
Use of profanity or any offensive language.
Possession of illegal or unauthorized items
Obscene or indecent clothing.
Smoking inside the building.
Standing on seats or chairs.
Appearing overly intoxicated.
Entering or attempting to enter any "off limits" areas such as the playing surface, stage area, backstage or a restroom of the opposite sex.
Participating in a fight or verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating other guests or arena employees.
Throwing of any objects or projectiles at employees, guests, or performers; in seating areas, from balconies, ramps, stairwells or any other area; and onto the ice, stage, or performance area.
The BMO Center reserves the right to evict individuals for any other behavior deemed unacceptable.
Mobile Ticket Guide
YOUR PHONE IS YOUR TICKET! All fans are required to enter IceHogs home games at the BMO Center using a mobile ticket. No printouts or screenshots will be accepted at entry gates. Mobile Tickets can be accessed through the Rockford IceHogs mobile app. Season ticketholders and single-game buyers through Ticketmaster can easily purchase, access, manage and scan mobile tickets at the arena through this centralized hub to IceHogs gameday!
