BMO Center/Arena Info
Doors for IceHogs games open one hour prior to game time. Season Ticket Member doors open 90 minutes prior to game time.
There is a parking garage directly across from the BMO Center, surface lots within walking distance, and limited street parking. It is recommended to pre-pay for parking for a smoother payment process and to arrive 1-3 hours before doors open for a show. Parking fees are determined by the City of Rockford in conjunction with ABM Parking & Transportation Services. Pre-pay parking does not reserve your spot. Patrons have a 3 hour window before a show to claim their spot on a first-come, first serve basis. >Buy Prepaid Parking
Approved Items:
- Clear Bags (12"x 6" x 12" OR one (1) gallon sealed bag)
- Wallets/Clutch
- Purses (No bigger than 8.5" x 11")
Restricted Items:
- Hockey sticks (autograph event IceHogs games only)
- Umbrellas (small collapsible only)
- Cameras, tripods and camera bags (allowed with credentials only)
- Drawstring bags (clear only 12" x 12")
- Diaper bags (must be accompanied with kids)
- Strollers (must collapse and stowed under seat)
- Medical bags (an exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection)
Prohibited Items:
- Outside food and drinks
- No outside cups permitted (there is no souvenir cup program for the 2025–26 IceHogs season)
- Firearms and weapons
- Non-clear bags
- Coolers
- Backpacks
- Seat cushions
- Cameras (no digital or point-and-shoot)
- Computers
- Selfie sticks
- Audio recording devices
Small signs are allowed but larger signs with sticks or poles are not permitted. Banners and signs may not be hung or fastened anywhere in the arena, may not be commercial in nature or obscene, and should not cause any disturbance with other guests. The BMO Center reserves the right to remove or deny entry of any banner or sign.
The IceHogs Team Store opens on game days when the doors open (one hour prior to game time). On non-gam days, M-F, the store is open by appointment only by emailing jmcintyre@icehogs.com. Fans can always shop for IceHogs merchandise online.
During the IceHogs season, the BMO Center Box Office observes the following hours:
- M-F non-game days: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- M-F game days: 10 a.m. to start of game
- Saturday game days: 4 p.m. to start of game
- Sunday game days: Noon to start of game
No. Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the BMO Center and fans who choose to exit the arena will not be allowed to re-enter without purchasing another ticket.
No. The BMO Center is a cashless arena. There are two ATM machines in the BMO Center on the second floor concourse level.
Yes. There is a private room available for breastfeeding and/or pumping. Upon arrival, please inform the security or event staff and they will escort you to the designated room.
No. Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities. Service animals are welcome inside the building and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Please indicate when buying tickets if you intend to bring a service animal to the building so an aisle seat may be reserved for you. For further questions, please call 815-968-5222.
The Fan Zone located on the concourse near the top of the escalators can provide fans with complimentary earplugs.
Tickets
The recommended method is by downloading the IceHogs app (link). If tickets were purchased through Ticketmaster, they can also be accessed via the Ticketmaster app. Still need help? Check out our mobile ticket guide.
Children aged two (2) and under do not require a ticket for the game.
Yes. A limited number of accessible seating is available for all IceHogs home games. Accessible locations are reserved for patrons with disabilities, with fixed seating for one companion located immediately adjacent to each accessible space. These seats may be released for general sale when all other available seating have been sold.
Hamboni ride tickets for all IceHogs home games can be purchased online in advance at any time from the ticket dropdown menu for each individual game on the IceHogs schedule page of the website or on the IceHogs app. Hamboni ride tickets will be accessible on the IceHogs app after purchase.

All the action will be called by Dana Grey and fans can catch some of the Chicago Blackhawks top prospects like Drew Commesso, Kevin Korchinski, Nick Lardis, Samuel Savoie and more.
Fans can also watch every IceHogs game on AHLTV on FloHockey! AHLTV on FloHockey features live streaming of every AHL game in high definition on desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile devices by clicking here, as well as on over-the-top (OTT) platforms such as Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Android TV. AHLTV is also available through the official AHL mobile app for iOS or Android.
The IceHogs and Mid-West Family will also stream the audio broadcast of every IceHogs game on all of Mid-West Family’s online stations including 104.9 The X, B103, 95.3 The Bull, and Rockford Greatest Hits 100.5, and featured on Rock River Current, the Stateline’s premier source for local events, news and culture. Live audio broadcasts and on-demand audio streams for every game will also once again be available at IceHogs.com and the IceHogs app.
