Season Ticket Exchange Policy

All exchanges are subject to availability and may be restricted during periods of high purchase volume.

Ticket exchanges via telephone, email, and text will conclude at 5pm Friday. Regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Off-hour ticket exchanges may be completed by logging into the IceHogs Account Manager at am.ticketmaster.com/icehogs.

Day of game ticket exchanges conclude two (2) hours before regular doors open.

Full season, 20 game plan tickets, and 9 game plan tickets may be exchanged for another regular season ticket prior to the originally scheduled game.

Full season tickets that go unused may be exchanged for another ticket of equal or lesser value (subject to availability) within the same regular season with the following exceptions:

• Unused redemption vouchers may not be exchanged for tickets in the 100 level on the following dates: Nov. 28, Dec. 31, Apr. 10, all Saturday games.
• Unused suite and club level season tickets may only be exchanged for seats in the 100 and 200 levels.

Tickets are not upgradable for premium seating locations (Club Lounge/Club Boxes/Club Decks/IceBox, Suites).

Paid credit from tickets released from a future game must be applied to another regular season game at the time of exchange. Unapplied credit will not be left on the account.

A ticket exchanged for another ticket of lower value will not have the difference credited back to the account or refunded.

An unused full season ticket that has been exchanged and goes unused again is not eligible for another exchange.  

Tickets are not exchangeable at the BMO Center box office and may only be exchanged in the IceHogs Account Manager website or by contacting the Rockford IceHogs Ticket Services Team at (815)847-6399 or icehogsticketservices@blackhawks.com.

Calder Cup Playoff tickets are not eligible for exchange.  

Regular season tickets and vouchers may not be exchanged for Calder Cup Playoff tickets.

All unused full season tickets and vouchers are null and void at the conclusion of the 2025-26 regular season.
