WIFR OFFERS FREE HOGS TICKETS FOR JAN. 13
Rockford, Ill.- WIFR Channel-23 in Rockford has purchased all of the remaining tickets for the Jan. 13 game against the Houston Aeros and is distributing them to the Rockford community through their Web site.
To get a ticket voucher for that game, visit WIFR.com and click in the link for “IceHogs Tickets” at the top of the home page. Print out the voucher and bring it to the Rockford MetroCentre Box Office to get up to four tickets for the Jan. 13 game.
The offer is available while tickets last and the voucher cannot be redeemed for any other IceHogs game or MetroCentre event. For MetroCentre Box Office hours, call (815) 968-5222.
Tickets are expected to go quickly, so print the voucher and redeem it soon.
Next Home Game: Wednesday, Jan. 6 vs. Toronto Marlies. Game time is 7:05 p.m. The IceHogs take on the Marlies for the second and final time in 2009-10. It’s a Golden Goal Wednesday, so if the IceHogs score a goal with 9:10 left on the clock in the third period, one lucky fan will win $10,000. It is also WXRX Student Rush night, and all high school and college students with a valid student ID can purchase the best available seat for just $10 at the MetroCentre’s box office up to one hour before the game.
