WIFR NIGHT ON JANUARY 13th SOLD OUT
Rockford, Ill.- Rockford IceHogs Team President Mark Bernard announced on Thursday that the IceHogs game on Wednesday, Jan. 13 against the Houston Aeros is sold out. For the second straight season, WIFR-TV channel 23 in Rockford bought all the seats and offered them to IceHogs fans on www.wifr.com.
“We’re thrilled for the second consecutive season to sell out the WIFR Night,” said Bernard. “This is a great opportunity for people in our community to enjoy a game thanks to WIFR and witness firsthand what a first-class product that the IceHogs put on every night.”
Fans that still have a voucher for the IceHogs game on Jan. 13, but did not get a ticket, can still redeem their coupon for $5 off any upper endzone seat for the IceHogs contest on Wednesday, Jan. 27 against the Hamilton Bulldogs at 7:05 p.m.
“Unfortunately our building is only so big and we have so many fans that want to attend this great event,” said Bernard. “For those that got their vouchers too late and weren’t able to redeem them for Jan. 13, we’ve opened an offer for the Jan. 27 game and we hope that fans can take advantage of this great opportunity.”
To redeem your coupon for $5 off any upper endzone seat for the Jan. 27 game, go to the MetroCentre Box Office. All kids’ tickets are $5 for that game as well. The $5 off coupon will be available on www.wifr.com until Friday, Jan. 15.
