ROCKFORD, Ill. – The Rockford IceHogs return the BMO Harris Bank Center for back-to-back weekend games against the Grand Rapids Griffins and Chicago Wolves. The two-game slate features free T-shirts on Saturday and the first Illinois Lottery Cup matchup of the 2017-18 season on Sunday, along with Discovery Center Night.
SATURDAY, NOV. 18 vs. GRAND RAPIDS GRIFFINS
Time: Puck drop is at 6 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m.
T-Shirt Night: The first 2,500 fans in attendance will receive a free “Our Town, Our Team” T-shirt, courtesy of Toyota.
Have a Skate with Bob: Saturday’s game will also be the seventh annual Have A Skate with Bob. The annual fundraiser will feature a silent auction throughout the IceHogs game on the BMO Harris Bank Center concourse, with proceeds benefitting the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
SUNDAY, NOV. 19 vs. CHICAGO WOLVES
Time: Puck drop is at 4 p.m. Doors open at 3 p.m.
Discovery Center Night: Discovery Center staff will be on-hand to host a variety of science demonstrations throughout the IceHogs game. Fans in attendance will also have the opportunity to participate in several unique, hands-on experiences on the BMO Harris Bank Center concourse.
Illinois Lottery Cup: Sunday marks the first Illinois Lottery Cup game of the 2017-18 season between the IceHogs and Wolves. The Wolves are the reigning Illinois Lottery Cup champions after winning the 2016-17 season-long series with a record of 8-3-0-1 against the IceHogs.
Kids Eat Free: Kids ages 14-and-under can enjoy a FREE hot dog, bag of Ole' Salty's chips and Pepsi product, courtesy of Ole Salty’s. To enjoy the free meal, kids of the qualifying age will receive a voucher upon entering the BMO Harris Bank Center, which can be redeemed at select concession stands on the concourse.
NOTE: Food vouchers will be available until puck drop, and can be redeemed until the end of the second intermission.
