State St. will be closed beginning at 4 p.m.

Rockford, Ill.- Fans attending Saturday’s Rockford IceHogs-Chicago Wolves Illinois Lottery Cup matchup at the BMO Harris Bank Center should be advised of a traffic advisory.

Beginning at 4 p.m. on Saturday, State St. in downtown Rockford will be closed due to the “Stroll on State” event taking place downtown. Fans are encouraged to look into alternate routes, including Jefferson St. , IL Rte. 251 or Main St.

The game starts at 7 p.m. on Saturday, but fans should allow extra time getting to the BMO Harris Bank Center.
