Three come from behind wins boosts Rockford
Week 15 Recap
Late game heroics is becoming a common theme for the Rockford IceHogs. In three games during Week 15, the IceHogs went 3-0-0-0 with three come-from-behind victories. The wins catapulted the IceHogs back on top of the AHLās West Division and Western Conference. Rookie winger Derek Nesbitt played a big role in the late game comebacks as he chipped in the game tying marker on Saturday in Milwaukee then won the contest Sunday with an overtime goal in Quad City.

Hot Hog Week 15:
Rockford center Martin St. Pierre figured in eight of Rockfordās nine goals scored during Week 15, a week in which the Hogs went 3-0-0-0. St. Pierre totaled 1g-7a-8pts with a plus/minus rating of +5 in three games. The Embrun, Ontario native set up all three IceHogs goals on Friday in Rockfordās 3-1 win over Toronto and followed that up with two assists in the IceHogs 3-2 shootout win at Milwaukee. St. Pierre completed Week 15 with a goal and two assists in Rockfordās 4-3 overtime win at Quad City on Sunday.
Upcoming Games:
Wednesday, Jan. 16 vs. Manchester Monarchs. The puck drops at 7:05 p.m. The Hogs welcome its first Eastern Conference opponent to the MetroCentre this season. The game is the second and final overall between the two teams and the contest is presented by Crown Royal.
Friday, Jan. 18 at Iowa Stars. Game time is set for 7:07 p.m. Rockford travels back to Des Moines for the first time since Oct. 13 to face-off against the Stars. The game is the front end of a a two-game series in Iowa and Rockford will put its franchise record streak of 12 straight road games without a regulation loss on the line.
Saturday, Jan. 19 at Iowa Stars. The game starts at 7:07 p.m. The back end of two straight games at the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines as the IceHogs and Stars mix it up for a third time this season. The game is the third of eight on the season between the West Division foes and third of four in Iowa.
