Preview: IceHogs Conclude Two Game Set With Texas Tonight

Hogs return home for pair of games this weekend
Rockford, Ill.- After a weekend trip to Oklahoma City, The Rockford IceHogs return home for a pair of games this weekend at the Rockford MetroCentre.
On Friday night, the IceHogs welcome the Toronto Marlies to Rockford for their annual visit. Game time is 7:05 p.m. and the first 1,000 fans to the game will receive IceHogs Poster #3 in a series of six courtesy of Comcast, Q98.5 and Medicine Man.
The Sensations are also performing at Friday’s game. The Rockford area cover band will play inside the MetroCentre after Friday’s pregame warm-ups, during both intermissions and briefly postgame. For more information on The Sensations, visit www.sensationsrockford.com.
The Grand Rapids Griffins return to the MetroCentre on Saturday for a 7:05 p.m. tilt with the IceHogs. The first 2,500 fans to Saturday’s game will pick up a Kyle Beach Bobblehead courtesy of Rockford Health Systems and 23-WIFR.
Beach’s bobblehead is the second in a series of three that fans can pick up during the 2010-11 season. Earlier in the campaign, the IceHogs hosted Jack Skille bobblehead night and a third bobblehead will be announced soon for the team’s Fan Vote Bobblehead night presented by U.S. Cellular that takes place on Sat., March 19.
