Stanley Cup Viewing: The Stanley Cup will be on display for fans to pose with for photos on a first-come, first-serve basis in the Hog Heaven Party Deck. A ticket to the game does not guarantee a chance to see or get a photo taken with the Stanley Cup. Other trophies on display include the Conn Smythe Trophy (Playoff MVP - Duncan Keith), the Jennings Trophy (Fewest Goals Against - Corey Crawford/Carey Price), the Messier Leadership Award (Superior Leader - Jonathan Toews), and the Clarence S. Campbell Cup (Western Conference Champion - Chicago Blackhawks).
In order to accommodate as many fans as possible, each individual or group will be allowed one photo with the Stanley Cup, either from a personal image capturing device (such as a cell phone) or from the professional photographer provided by the IceHogs. Those who elect to use the professional photographer will be able to download their photos within 72 hours of the event for a small fee, with a portion of the proceeds going to the IceHogs Charitable Foundation.
Giveaway/Promotion: To celebrate the IceHogs contributions to the Chicago Blackhawks third Stanley Cup Championship in six years, Hub Printing is giving away commemorative posters to the first 2,500 fans.
Matchup: This will be the first of eight meetings between the Central Division rivals this season. The IceHogs return home from a four game road swing, whereas the Monsters will be extending their three game trip away from Cleveland. In 2014-15, the IceHogs were 5-2-1-0 against the Monsters.
