Preview: IceHogs Conclude Two Game Set With Texas Tonight

STARS OF TOMORROW DISPLAY TO DEBUT THIS WEEKEND
Rockford, Ill.- The Rockford IceHogs announced on Friday a new partnership with the Rockford Register Star to promote the “Stars of Tomorrow” through a display on the Rockford MetroCentre’s southwest entrance.
The Rockford Register Star “Stars of Tomorrow” wall will feature a photo display of the 30 players who have been recalled to a National Hockey League team since playing in a Rockford uniform. The list includes 23 players who have been recalled to the Chicago Blackhawks, ten of which were on the Blackhawks Stanley Cup championship team last year.
In addition, the Register Star is also offering fans the opportunity to meet an IceHogs player during the second intermission of each home game this season in front of the display.
The new display and autograph session are parts of a new series of game-day programming in the remodeled section of the MetroCentre. Other amenities include the Bud Select Deck and new team store called Oink Outfitters.
