Scott Darling Returns to BMO Center for Centennial Celebration Sunday
Former Rockford IceHogs and Chicago Blackhawks goaltender Scott Darling will be at the BMO Center on Sunday helping the IceHogs celebrate the Blackhawks Centennial season. Darling will sign a limited number of autographs for fans before the game, drop the ceremonial first puck and participate in various in-game promotions throughout the 4 p.m. game against the Milwaukee Admirals.
Darling spent two of his ten professional seasons with the IceHogs between 2014-15 and 2020-21. The Chicago native manned the Blackhawks' crease for three straight years from 2014-2017 and was a member the Blackhawks 2015 Stanley Cup Championship team.
Before turning pro, Darling spent time in the NAHL, the USHL and skated two season with the Maine Black Bears in the NCAA.

Darling finished his career in the Stateline in 2021. Growing up a Chicago fan, the retired goaltender will help to celebrate the Banner Years of the Blackhawks' Centennial.
