Event runs from 6-7:30 p.m. at Carlson Ice Arena

Rockford, Ill.- All members of the Rockford IceHogs Runt’s Club are invited to the annual “Skate With The IceHogs” on Monday, Jan. 7 from 6-7:30 p.m. at Carlson Ice Arena.

Members of the Runt’s Club can skate with a select group of IceHogs players and receive autographs during the 90 minute session. In order to go on the ice, you must have skates. Helmets are also encouraged.

Skates can be rented at Carlson Ice Arena, but are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and parents wishing to skate with their kids must have skates as well.

Carlson Ice Arena is located at 4150 North Perryville Rd. in Loves Park. If kids aren’t members of the Runt’s Club, they can sign up at Carlson Ice Arena on Monday. Cost is $20 and all Runt’s Club members receive a free T-shirt, membership card that gets kids a discount to select IceHogs home games and the opportunity to pick up Chuck-A-Pucks at every IceHogs home game.
