ROCKFORD, Ill – The Rockford IceHogs continue a four-game road trip with the first of two consecutive road games at the Texas Stars on Friday night at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park.

Matchup: The IceHogs (38-25-4-4, 4th Central) continued their recent hot streak with a win at San Antonio in the opening game of their current road trip. The IceHogs have now won five straight games, have points in each of their last eight road contests and boast points in 15 of the last 18 overall tilts since Feb. 18.
Forward Chris DiDomenico recorded an assist on Wednesday at the Rampage and now has points in a team season-high nine straight games. DiDomenico is second in the entire league with 13 points over his last nine games, tallying four goals and nine assists during that stretch. The forward has helped spark the IceHogs’ offensive attack since his arrival to the tune of 20 points (6g, 14a) in 17 contests dating to Feb. 23.
In net, goaltender Collin Delia has gone unbeaten over his last 10 AHL appearances. The rookie goaltender is 8-0-1-1 with a 2.07 GAA and .926 SV% over that 10-game stretch, and has not suffered a loss in regulation since Feb. 9.
Texas (35-24-8-4, 4th Pacific) takes the ice Friday with points in back-to-back games, but has just four wins over its last 10 contests. Overall, the Stars are led in scoring by forward Travis Morin, who has logged 58 points (9g, 49a) in 71 games this season. He is supported by fellow Texas winger Tyler Kelleher, who has combined for a team-high six points (3g, 3a) in six contests against the IceHogs this season between his stints with the Stars and Milwaukee Admirals.
Between the pipes, Landon Bow has posted a record of 19-5-8 with a 2.88 GAA and .904 save percentage in a team-high 43 appearances. Bow has allowed four goals in two of his last three outings, and won just one of his last five games since March 24.
