ROCKFORD ANNOUNCES TRAINING CAMP INVITEES
18 non-contracted players invited to IceHogs camp
Rockford, Ill.- Chicago Blackhawks General Manager of Minor League Affiliations Mark Bernard announced on Wednesday that 18 non-contracted players have been invited to training camp for the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League. IceHogs training camp is set to open on Sunday, Sept. 20 at the Rockford MetroCentre.
The invite list includes 12 forwards and six defensemen. The forwards are Ryan Flinn, Adam Huxley, Tommy Lange, Matt McIlvane, Daniel Michalsky, Derek Patroso, Evan Rankin, Chris Robertson, Brad Schell, Ryan Smyth, Jereme Tendler, Jaime Zimmel.
The six defenseman invited include Jason Legault, Jason Lepine, Milan Maslonka, Jamie Milam, Steven Oleksy and Brock Wilson.
Lange, Michalsky, Patrosso, Rankin, Robertson, Smyth, Maslonka, Milam, Oleksy and Wilson are all under contract with the IceHogs’ ECHL affiliate Toledo Walleye.
