ROAD HOGS: NEXT STOP ST. PAUL, MINN.
Rockford, Ill. – Once again the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League are inviting all fans to become “Road Hogs” and travel to a road game.
This time the trip is to the home of the National Hockey League’s Minnesota Wild at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn. for the IceHogs game on Sunday, Nov. 18 against the Wild’s AHL affiliate, the Houston Aeros.
For $85, fans will receive round-trip transportation to and from the Xcel Energy Center, a ticket to the game, and a Road Hogs t-shirt designed by Guerilla Graffix. For all fans that went on the first bus trip of the season to Chicago on Sunday, Nov. 14, the cost is $75 and doesn’t include a t-shirt.
The bus will depart from the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center (200 S. Bell School Rd., Rockford) at 9 a.m. on Sunday and return immediately following the game. Fans can begin to check-in at the Radisson beginning at 8:45 a.m. The game is scheduled to begin at 5:05 p.m.
To reserve your spot on the Road Hogs bus, contact an IceHogs ticket representative at (815) 847-6399 or by email at icehogs@icehogs.com. Spots are limited and all reservations need to be made by Friday, Nov. 9 at 5 p.m.
Fans who make the trip will be permitted to bring small coolers with food and beverages on the trip. Coolers brought on board must be able to fit underneath a bus seat.
Next Home Game: Friday, Nov. 2 vs. Chicago Wolves. The puck hits the ice at 7:05 p.m. as the IceHogs battle their divisional foe for the first time at home this season. The first 1,500 fans (21+) will receive a voucher for a Hammy Glass Mug courtesy of Applebee’s. The voucher will be redeemable at either Applebee’s location in Rockford.
