Hockey is back in Rockford as the IceHogs preseason slate kicks off on Thursday at 7 p.m. with a matchup against the Milwaukee Admirals. Attendance will be free as the IceHogs training camp continues with their first test against an opponent.
Thursday, September 28 vs. Milwaukee Admirals
Time: Puck drop is 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.
Free Attendance: Fans can attend the game free of charge. Seating for the contest will be available as general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, with doors opening at 6 p.m. Season ticket holders may enter the arena 15 minutes prior to the regularly-scheduled door time.
Fresh Faces: Thursday night’s game will mark fans’ first chance to see the 2017-18 IceHogs in action. The roster will feature last season’s leading scorer, Kyle Baun, and 2016-17 Rookie of the Year, Luke Johnson. In addition, top prospects like Matthew Highmore and Graham Knott will make their way into the fold. The team will be led by first time-AHL Head Coach Jeremy Colliton.
Single Game Tickets On Sale Now: The Rockford IceHogs return to action at the BMO Harris Bank Center on Saturday, Oct. 14, at 6 p.m. Single game tickets for the 2017-18 season are on sale now and can be purchased through IceHogs.com, by calling (815) 968-5222, or at the BMO Harris Bank Center Box Office. Single-game ticket prices start at $9 and range to $29.
