Jake Dowell Poster Giveaway (2,500): IceHogs Captain Jake Dowell played in his 300th game with Rockford on Dec. 21, setting the all-time franchise record for games played. The first 2,500 fans in attendance will receive a poster of Dowell, courtesy of Hub Printing, commemorating his accomplishment.
Fas Fuel Winning Weekday: Wednesday is the fourth of 10 Winning Weekday games, presented by Fas Fuel, where after every IceHogs weekday home win (Monday – Thursday), all fans in attendance can redeem their game ticket for a FREE ticket of equal or lesser value to the next weekday game. All fans who attended the game on Wednesday, Dec. 21, are also encouraged to redeem their tickets as Rockford took a 6-2 win over Chicago in the contest.
WXRX Dollar Days: Fans can take advantage of $2 beers, soft drinks, hot dogs and companion tickets as part of the WXRX Dollar Days offer.
Matchup: The contest marks the seventh Illinois Lottery Cup matchup of the 2016-17 season as the Chicago Wolves come to town. The IceHogs are looking to continue their recent successful stretch of games, earning a win over Manitoba last Saturday before taking a 4-3 shootout win over the Wolves the following night. The IceHogs and Wolves rematch in Rockford after a thrilling 6-2 win for the Hogs on Dec. 21. Rockford’s six goals in the game stood as the team’s highest offensive output of the current campaign, and they are 3-3-0-0 against their Illinois Lottery Cup rivals.
Friday, Dec. 30 vs. Iowa Wild

Youth Jersey Giveaway (1,000 kids age 14 or younger): The IceHogs continue “the season of giving” with Youth Jersey Giveaway Night! The first 1,000 kids 14-and-under to enter the arena will receive an IceHogs youth hockey jersey, courtesy of OrthoIllinois.
Blues Flame Lounge Pre-Game Party (presented by District Bar & Grill): Fans ages 21 and older can kick-off their weekend festivities with a Pre-Game Party at the Blues Flame Lounge, located on the BMO Harris Bank Center concourse. Friday’s event begins with live music from “Roy Roots” at 5:15 p.m. and will also feature free appetizers and happy-hour specials.
NOTE: Guests must have a ticket to Friday’s game to attend the Pre-Game Party. Those attending must enter the arena through the upper-concourse level entrance on Elm Street (near the Box Office). No Youth Jerseys will be handed out to those entering for the Blues Flame Friday since fans must be 21 and over to enter.
Matchup: The Iowa Wild visit the BMO Harris Bank Center for the first time this season after splitting a pair of games in Des Moines against the IceHogs earlier this season. Iowa took the first of the two meetings with a 2-1 overtime win on Nov. 6. Rockford answered back with a 3-1 victory on Nov. 16, and in that contest tallied a season-high three power-play goals to earn the win.
