PINK IN THE RINK SET FOR FRIDAY NIGHT
ROCKFORD, Ill. – The Rockford IceHogs welcome the Ontario Reign to the BMO Harris Bank Center on Friday, Jan. 26 for Pink in the Rink Night, presented by SwedishAmerican. The puck drops at 7 p.m., and the IceHogs will be sporting specialty Rockford Peaches-inspired jerseys, which will be available via auction, and fans can also purchase other Peaches merchandise at Oink Outfitters.

Time: Puck drop is at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. Blues Flame Lounge opens at 5:15 p.m.
Pink in the Rink: The IceHogs will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Rockford Peaches by donning Peaches-inspired jerseys, which replicate the original uniforms worn by the team. The jerseys will be available via blind-silent auction during the game, and a select number will be made available via online auction the following week, with proceeds benefiting breast cancer research. Two jerseys will also be raffled off at the game on Jan. 26.
As part of the event, the ice at the BMO Harris Bank Center will be dyed pink for the game, and the first 2,500 fans in attendance will also receive a free SwedishAmerican sound-sensitive bracelet.
Peaches Merchandise: In addition to the jersey auctions/raffle, fans can also purchase Rockford Peaches-inspired T-shirts and hats at Oink Outfitters, which is located on the arena concourse, during the Pink in the Rink game. The shirts are a mockup of the jersey design, featuring the Peaches logo and belt/button designs, while the hats match the original design worn by the team—a black base emblazoned with a red circle bearing a black “R” on the front.
Blues Flame Lounge Pregame Party (presented by Vintage @ 501): Fans ages 21 and older can kick-off their weekend festivities with a Pregame Party at the Blues Flame Lounge, located on the BMO Harris Bank Center concourse. Friday’s event begins with live music from Andrew Robinson at 5:15 p.m. and will also feature free appetizers and happy-hour specials.
NOTE: Guests must have a ticket to Friday’s game to attend the Pregame Party. Those attending must enter the arena through the upper-concourse level entrance on Elm Street (near the Box Office).
Locks of Love: SportClips will be at the BMO to cut hair and accept donations for Locks of Love though the second period. The minimum donation length is ten inches. For all hair donation requirements, please visit the Locks of Love website HERE.
