WHO: NorthShore University HealthSystem and Chicago Blackhawks

WHAT: NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore) and the ChicagoBlackhawks will host a photo and video opportunity to help launch the team’s 2009-10 regular-season home opener and the new partnership between the two organizations.

VISUAL: Chicago Blackhawks Ambassadors and Hockey Hall-of-Famers Stan Mikita and Denis Savard will be on hand to perform a ceremonial puck drop to commemorate the start of the season and partnership.

WHERE: Evanston Hospital, Atrium (1st Floor near Gift Shop), 2650 Ridge, Evanston

WHEN: Thursday, October 8th at 9:00 A.M.

WHY: Both organizations recently announced a five-year agreement establishing NorthShore as the “Official Healthcare Partner of the Chicago Blackhawks.” The multi-faceted agreement creates a unique partnership between two renowned organizations that share a vision to extend their reach into the Chicago Region.
