NEW WEB SITE HOME FOR THE ICEHOGS LAUNCHED

Hogs new site includes more interaction for fans

Rockford, Ill.- The Rockford IceHogs launched its new Web site at www.icehogs.com on Friday. The American Hockey League team’s new web home received a make over and now features more interactive links, updated player bios and a fresh new look.

Some of the new interactive features include player audio highlights, pod casts and video highlights. The new site also features many of the popular features from the IceHogs previous Web site including the team message board, photo gallery and on-line ticket purchasing.

Rockford’s new site also includes updated team and league stats, standings and an updated look to the team’s official e-list newsletter. Fans can sign up to receive up to the minute IceHogs news through the Fan Zone link.

Because not every server updates its IP addresses simultaneously, some fans will not be able to view the new IceHogs Web site for 48 hours. For questions about the IceHogs new Web site, contact the club at (815) 986-6465.

Next Home Game: Friday, Dec. 14 vs. Rochester Americans. The game starts at 7:05 p.m. Rockford is back on home ice to take on another North Division foe. Next Friday the IceHogs welcome the Rochester Americans to the MetroCentre for their first and only visit to Rockford during the 2007-08 regular season. ?The game is the second and final match-up between the two clubs in ‘07-08.
