Rockford IceHogs to Host 2026 AHL All-Star Classic

Hammy out and about this weekend
Rockford, Ill.- Saturday is a busy day for the Rockford IceHogs’ mascot Hamilton E. Hog. Hammy will be making two stops in the Rockford community this weekend as his summer community tour continues.
At 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, Hammy will be at the annual MDA Muscle Walk at the Rock River YMCA in downtown Rockford. Hammy will be signing autographs and meeting participates. The Rock River YMCA is located at 200 Y Blvd.
After cheering on all the participants at the “Y”, Hammy will head over to Swedish American Hospital off of East State St. for the annual Sam’s Safety Fair. The kid’s friendly event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. featuring several activities set up based around sports safety.
Kids can stop by the IceHogs booth and try on hockey equipment while learning how IceHogs players protect their bodies while playing hockey.
