KICK OFF THE ICEHOGS� 2018-19 SEASON AT FANFEST THIS FRIDAY
ROCKFORD, Ill. – Kick off the 2018-19 hockey season with the Rockford IceHogs at the team’s official FanFest this Friday, Sept. 28 at the BMO Harris Bank Center.
Fans can attend the FREE preseason party to watch the IceHogs' intra-squad scrimmage up close from ice level, enjoy a variety of food and drink specials throughout the evening and get autographs with players following Friday’s workout.

Location: BMO Harris Bank Center. Enter through Elm St. doors by the Box Office.
Time: Doors open at 6 p.m. IceHogs intra-squad scrimmage begins at 7 p.m.
FOOD AND DRINK SPECIALS:
Enjoy a variety of great food specials, including BBQ ribs, pulled pork sandwiches and burgers. For desserts and treats, D & A Concessions will be serving ice cream cones and bars, sno-cones and cotton candy. Nothing Bundt Cakes will also be on-site with their specialty cakes.
Beverages, including alcohol, will be available for purchase in the Mercy Health Club Lounge.
FANFEST ACTIVITIES:
Watch the IceHogs full intra-squad scrimmage up close at ice level. Friday marks the IceHogs’ final official session of this season’s Training Camp.
The IceHogs will also have several bounce houses for kids inside the arena.
Following the conclusion of the scrimmage, fans will be invited onto the ice (skates are not allowed) to meet and get autographs from their favorite IceHogs players.
ICEHOGS GEAR:
The Hogs’ official team store, Oink Outfitters, will have a kiosk set up on the arena floor with a fully-loaded inventory for the upcoming season. Fans can browse a wide selection of gear and memorabilia, including new items for the 2018-19 campaign.

The Rockford IceHogs will host their home opener for the 2018-19 season on Saturday, Oct. 13 against the Texas Stars at 6 p.m. at the BMO Harris Bank Center. The first 4,000 fans in attendance to Rockford’s first home game of the campaign will receive a free IceHogs calendar, courtesy of Impact Networking.
