Join the IceHogs at City Market & Anything That Floats

ROCKFORD, Ill. – Join the Rockford IceHogs at the City Market tonight (Friday, Aug. 16) to talk IceHogs hockey, secure seats for the upcoming season and take advantage of a buy-one-get-one offer for the team’s home opener for the 2019-20 season.

The Hogs will have an informational table set up at City Market tonight in downtown Rockford from 5 – 9 p.m. Fans who stop by can purchase BOGO tickets for the IceHogs’ first home game of the upcoming season on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 6 p.m. at the BMO Harris Bank Center. In addition, with the release of single-game tickets on Thursday, fans will also be able to purchase individual tickets for any home game for the 2019-20 season at the IceHogs’ info table.

You can also join the IceHogs at the annual Anything That Floats event this Sunday, Aug. 18 on the Rock River. Fans are invited to stop by the team tent to shop a variety of merchandise and enter the third annual Rubber Duck Race by purchasing rubber ducks on-site that afternoon at Prairie St. Brewing Co. Rubber ducks will be available for $5 per duck or $20 for five ducks, with proceeds benefitting local charities.

The race will be held that Sunday afternoon at approximately 3:30 p.m. The rubber ducks will be dropped into the river off Whitman St. Bridge and float towards Prairie St. Brewing Co. Cash prizes of $1,000, $500 and $250 will be awarded to the first, second and third-place finishers of the duck race, respectively.

Additional prizes for the rubber duck race include:

-Free suite to any one IceHogs home game in October, November or December (18-person suite)

-Four tickets to the IceHogs home opener on Oct. 12 (two packs available)

-Four tickets to IceHogs game on Oct. 18 (two packs available)
