Rockford will play three games in three nights in Week 19
Week 18 Recap
The IceHogs returned from the All-Star break with two games on the slate in Week 18. Rockford fell to Milwaukee 4-2 at the Bradley Center on Friday but rebounded with a 3-2 come-from-behind victory on Saturday against the Abbotsford Heat. The IceHogs will play their first three games in three nights of the 2010-11 season during Week 19.

-Rockford ended a season-low six-game winless (0-5-1-0) streak on Saturday with a 3-2 win over Abbotsford
-Forward Jeff Taffe has a four-game point streak (2g-3a) and has collected points in six of the IceHogs last seven games (4g-3a)

Hot Hog: Week 18
Jeff Taffe Left Wing
Veteran forward Jeff Taffe extended his point streak to four-straight games with points in both of Rockford’s contests during Week 18. Taffe notched a goal on Friday night in Rockford’s 4-2 loss at Milwaukee and now leads the IceHogs with 14 markers on the season. Then on Saturday Taffe helped end Rockford’s six-game winless streak, chipping in two assists in the Hogs 3-2 come-from-behind win over the Abbotsford Heat.

Wednesday, Feb. 9 vs. Houston Aeros: The puck drops at 6:35 p.m. The IceHogs welcome the Houston Aeros to the MetroCentre for the third of four matchups in Rockford in 2010-11. Wednesdays are Dollar Days as fans can enjoy dollar Bud Select Drafts, Vienna Beef Hot Dogs, Pepsi Products and companion tickets.
Friday, Feb. 11 at Texas Stars: Game starts at 7:30 p.m. Rockford heads to the Cedar Park Center in Texas for the first time in 2010-11. The IceHogs open a back-to-back set against Texas on Friday. Rockford shows a record of 2-0-0-1 agaisnt the Stars on the campaign.
Saturday, Feb. 12 at Texas Stars: Game time is 7 p.m. The IceHogs battle Texas for the fifth time in 2010-11. After Saturday’s game, the IceHogs will play the Stars in Texas one more time during the regular season on April 3.
Sunday, Feb. 13 at Milwaukee Admirals: The puck drops at 5 p.m. The Hogs and Admirals meet up for the third time in Rockford’s last seven games. The IceHogs complete a three game set in as many days for the first time in 2010-11.
