Moutrey, 23, has skated with the ECHL’s Manchester Monarchs this season, posting a point-per-game average with four goals and eight assists through 12 contests. The 6-3, 207-lbs forward currently leads the team in both points and assists, and has posted four multi-point efforts for Manchester.
