Rosemont, IL - The Rockford IceHogs steamrolled past the Chicago Wolves on Tuesday 6-1 inside Allstate Arena.

Brett Seney fed Nick Lardis in transition and the Rockford rookie snapped a one-time shot past the Wolves' Nikita Quapp. Just 42 seconds later, Jackson Cates tapped in a Ryan Mast feed from the right wing to double the IceHogs' advantage.
Rockford pushed the lead to 3-0 with an Oliver Moore tally. Another perfect Seney feed set up the Hogs' first-year on the doorstep. Lardis sniped home his second goal of the first period at 17:45 on a speedy rush from the far circle. In the opening 20 minutes, Lardis and Seney each recorded three points, while Moore saw the scoresheet twice.
