ICEHOGS DEBUT TACO TUESDAY TONIGHT AGAINST MANITOBA

ROCKFORD, Ill. – The Rockford IceHogs will host their first “Taco Tuesday” when they take on the Manitoba Moose tonight at the BMO Harris Bank Center at 7 p.m.
Fans in attendance Tuesday can take advantage of $2 tacos, as well as other various $2 deals throughout the evening’s contest. Along with tacos, a number of select beers and Pepsi beverages will also be available for $2, and fans who purchase a full-price ticket in the Upper End Zone for any weekday game can also buy an additional companion ticket for just $2, while supplies last.
Fans can enjoy the $2 beers in “The X Beer Garden” courtesy of 104.9 WXRX. “The X Beer GZarden” is located in the Hog Heaven Party Deck above the Barnyard BBQ stand in the south end zone.
The IceHogs will take the BMO Harris Bank Center ice for six Taco Tuesday games this season. The six games are listed below (all game times are 7 p.m.)

Tuesday is also a Fas Fuel Winning Weekday, and if the IceHogs defeat Manitoba on Tuesday, tickets from that game can be redeemed for a ticket of equal or lesser value to the next weekday game on Dec. 12 (vs. Chicago Wolves).

Matchup: The IceHogs (11-8-1-0, 3rd Central) enter the matchup having secured points in four of their last five games.
Defenseman Luc Snuggerud posted a goal and an assist in last week’s contests, and rookie forward Matthew Highmore recorded his first AHL hat trick in Wednesday’s win over Iowa. Goaltender Jeff Glass has also won five of his last six starts.
Manitoba (14-5-1-1, 1st Central) is riding a six-game winning streak, and has won nine of its last 10 outings.
Forward Mike Sgarbossa has potted four points in his past three games and 8g-12a-20pts on the year, second on the team to Jack Roslovic’s 11g-11a-22pts. Former IceHogs defenseman Cameron Schilling ranks fourth in team scoring with two goals and 13 assists for 15 points.
