ICEHOGS AWARDS PRESENTATION AT SEASON FINALE

Awards to be presented before game against Charlotte

Rockford, Ill. – The regular season finale for the Rockford IceHogs is at 7 p.m. on Saturday against the Charlotte Checkers at the BMO Harris Bank Center. Prior to the contest, the IceHogs will present the players with their team awards for the 2013-14 season.

The players will have their awards presented to them by the Chicago Blackhawks General Manager of Minor League Affiliations, Mark Bernard, along with randomly selected season ticket holders.

The following is a list of team awards that will be given out: Team MVP, Best Defenseman, Rookie of the Year, Unsung Hero, Heavy Hitter, Most Improved, Leading Scorer, and Man of the Year.

Once the game gets started, the IceHogs will be thanking the fans for helping break the franchise record for attendance with Fan Appreciation Night. Prizes will be given out at every whistle during the game thanks to Pepsi, LaMonica Beverages, Vintage 501, District Bar & Grill, Frito Lay, Gilley's, Great Clips, Jersey Mike's, Magic Waters, Papa John's, Rockford Speedway, Rock River Valley Blood Center, Toyota, and Vienna Beef.

Among the many other prizes that will be given, fans can look forward to a chance to win two Blackhawks tickets to a 2014-15 home game, a Callaway golf bag, a Corona cooler, or one of two game worn IceHogs jerseys.
