Rockford to face Milwaukee at the MetroCentre on Oct. 1
Rockford, Ill.- Chicago Blackhawks General Manager of Minor League Affiliations Mark Bernard announced on Thursday that the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League have added two additional preseason games to the team’s upcoming exhibition slate.
Rockford will travel to Rolling Meadows on Wednesday, Sept. 29 to take on the Chicago Wolves at 7:30 p.m. at West Meadows Ice Arena. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the door or over the phone by calling (847) 398-2700. West Meadows Ice Arena is located at 3939 Winnetka Circle, Rolling Meadows, Ill. 60008.
The IceHogs will then host the Milwaukee Admirals in their second home preseason contest in 2010 on Friday Oct. 1 at 7:05 p.m. Rockford will also face off against the Peoria Rivermen at the MetroCentre on Tuesday, Sept. 28 at 6:35 p.m.
Both preseason games are free for full season and 20-pack season ticket holders.
Tickets for both of Rockford’s preseason games are $5, and can be purchased over the phone at (815) 968-5222, on-line at www.metrocentre.com or at the MetroCentre Box Office between noon and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Preseason and regular season tickets will go on sale on Tuesday Sept. 7 at noon.
