Rockford, Ill. – After a brief holiday break the Rockford IceHogs return to the BMO Harris Bank Center on Friday, Dec. 27 when they host the Midwest Division leading Grand Rapids Griffins at 7 p.m.

The Hogs will be looking to gain ground against the Griffins in the Midwest Division standings. Rockford sits in third place with 33 points while the Griffins are tied for the lead in the Western Conference with 44 points.

The IceHogs will also play host to the Charlotte Checkers on Monday, Dec. 30. The game is scheduled for 7 p.m. and the first 1,000 kids (14 and under) will receive an IceHogs youth jersey, compliments of Rockford Orthopedic.
