Fans can take advantage of $2 beers on Dec. 2
Rockford, Ill.- Rockford IceHogs Team President Mark Bernard announced today that the American Hockey League club will host $2 Beer Night on Wednesday, Dec. 2 when the IceHogs take on the Chicago Wolves at the Rockford MetroCentre at 7:05 p.m.
Fans can purchase 12-ounce Bud Select 55s at two kiosk beer stands located in the MetroCentre’s concourse. The $2 beers are presented by Anheuser-Busch and will be available beginning at 6 p.m. when the doors open for the IceHogs-Wolves game.
Tickets for the game can be purchased by calling (815) 968-5222, in person at the MetroCentre Box Office or Hog Headquarters inside the Cherryvale Mall or on the Web at www.metrocentre.com.
During all Wednesday and Sunday home games in 2009-10, fans can purchase Family Four Packs for just $44. Family Four Packs include four tickets, four hot dogs, four soft drinks and four popcorns. Family Four Packs can be purchased at the MetroCentre Box Office or by calling the IceHogs office at (815) 847-6399.
Next Home Game: Saturday, Nov. 28 vs. Abbotsford Heat. Game time is slated for 7:05 p.m. The IceHogs close out November with their final contest against the Heat in 2009-10. The first 1,500 fans to the game will receive a Jack Skille poster courtesy of Pepsi, FOX 39 and ESPN Radio 1380 AM.
