The Wolves (23-15-6-2, 3rd central) currently own a three-point edge in the series with Rockford with a 3-0-2-1 clip in the Illinois Lottery Series thus far this year. Chicago also boasts a franchise-record 11-game home winning streak entering tonight’s contest.
The Wolves are led by Rockford’s all-time leading scorer, Brandon Pirri, who has combined for six points (4g, 2a) in six games against his former IceHogs team this year. Chicago also features a trio of skaters who are each tied for second in scoring in the series, as Paul Thompson, Wade Megan and Teemu Pulkkinen have amassed five points apiece against Rockford in 2017-18.
