HAMMY TO PARTICIPATE IN �PAY IT FORWARD� ON 815 DAY

ROCKFORD, Ill. – The Rockford IceHogs today announced that Hammy will be out and about the Rockford area with free gift cards on Aug. 15.

The promotion is “Pay it Forward” for 815 Day, also known as Rockford Day. For the event, the IceHogs’ mascot will be handing out two $25 gift cards to a random fan in the Rockford area. The recipient of the gift cards can keep one for his or herself and is asked to give the other gift card to a complete stranger, thus “paying it forward” for 815 Day.

The one-day promotion is sponsored by 815 Blades, Countryside Meats & Deli and Sisters on Main.

NEXT HOME GAME: Saturday, Oct. 12 vs. Grand Rapids Griffins | 6 p.m.
The Rockford IceHogs will host their home opener for the 2019-20 season on Saturday, Oct. 12 against the Grand Rapids Griffins at 6 p.m. at the BMO Harris Bank Center.
