HAMMY JOINS WHITE SOX FOR SPIRIT AND MASCOT DAY
Rockford, Ill. – Another action packed weekend is on the slate for Hammy as he will make appearances on Saturday and Sunday.
On Saturday, Hammy will join the Winnebago County Health Department from 12:30-1:30 for a back-to-school rally. Hammy will be signing autographs and hanging out with kids as they get ready to head back to the classroom. The event takes place at the Washington Park Community Center, located on 3617 Delaware Street in Rockford.
Then, Hammy will join Southpaw and all his mascot friends for a fun-filled day at U.S. Cellular Field in Chicago on Sunday. The Hogs mascot will participate in the Chicago White Sox Spirit and Mascot Day beginning at 11:30 a.m.
The White Sox host the Oakland Athletics and throughout the game Hammy, along with all his mascot buddies, will entertain fans and participate in various on-field promotions and activities. The game starts at 1:10 p.m.
