Hagel Re-Assigned to IceHogs From Blackhawks
ROCKFORD, Ill. – The Chicago Blackhawks, the National Hockey League affiliate of the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League, announced that forward Brandon Hagel has been re-assigned to the IceHogs.
Hagel, 21, has skated in 55 games with the IceHogs this season, logging 30 points (19g, 11a) and was re-called to the Blackhawks earlier today. He leads the team in goals and is third on the roster in points. Additionally, his 19 markers are tied for fifth among rookies in the American Hockey League. Hagel has not appeared in a contest with the Blackhawks this season.
