Blues Flame Lounge Pre-Game Party: Guests over the age of 21 can kick off their weekend in style at the BMO during another Blues Flame Lounge Pre-Game Party. Fans can take advantage of drink specials, free appetizers and live music from the Whodoo Rhythm Kings, beginning at 5:15 p.m. Fans must have a game ticket and must enter through the upper-concourse level entrance on Elm St, near the box office.

Illinois Lottery Cup: The IceHogs take the ice on Friday for the first leg of an Illinois Lottery Cup doubleheader with the crosstown rival Chicago Wolves. With a 5-2-1-0 record through the first eight games against Chicago, Rockford can pull within one standings point of clinching their second Illinois Lottery Cup title with a win on Friday. The IceHogs are 2-1-1-0 this season at home against the Wolves.
