ROCKFORD, IL – The Rockford IceHogs, proud American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League (NHL), announced today that goaltender Tom Aubrun has been recalled from his loan to the Indy Fuel of the ECHL.
Aubrun, 25, has made 10 appearances with the Fuel this season, going 4-5-1 with a 3.94 goals-against average and .876 save percentage. The Chamonix, France, native skated in one contest with the IceHogs this season, making 17 saves in relief on Mar. 3 vs. Grand Rapids.
The Rockford IceHogs welcome the Grand Rapids Griffins to BMO Harris Bank Center on Saturday, May 1 at 6:00 p.m. and close a three-game set against the Griffins on Monday, May 3 at 6:00 p.m. at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, MI.
