GAME-WORN JERSEYS FROM 2015-16 SEASON TO BE AUCTIONED OFF ONLINE
Rockford, Ill. - The Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League announced Tuesday that the team will begin auctioning off game-worn sweaters from the 2015-16 campaign, beginning Tuesday, May 31.
The sweaters will be made available online through the IceHogs eBay store each week for the next 15 weeks with the final auction starting on Sept. 6. Each auction begins Tuesday at 7 p.m. and closes the following Tuesday at the same time.
This year’s auction features a mixture of the IceHogs familiar home white and road red sweaters, along with a few black and red practice jerseys. There will also be a very limited number of alternate jerseys (cream color) included in the auction.
Notable jerseys include: Bryan Bickell, Ryan Hartman, Vince Hinostroza, Tanner Kero, David Rundblad, Viktor Svedberg, and Ville Pokka, among many more.
Each jersey comes with a certificate of authenticity with a majority being autographed by the corresponding player.
