FIRST WXRX DOLLAR DAYS AND WINNING WEEKDAYS THIS WEDNESDAY

Rockford, Ill. – The Rockford IceHogs hit the ice at the BMO Harris Bank Center this Wednesday, Nov. 23, on Thanksgiving Eve, as the Cleveland Monsters return to Rockford. It stands as the first home mid-week game of the 2016-17 season, giving fans their first chance of the year to take advantage of the Fas Fuel Winning Weekdays and WXRX Dollar Days offers – including a $2 beer special.

Fans can kick-start their Thanksgiving festivities by celebrating special deals at the IceHogs game. Beer, hot dogs, sodas, and companion tickets will all be available for just $2 as part of the WXRX Dollar Days promotion. These deals will remain in place for each weekday game during the 2016-17 Rockford IceHogs season. The $2 beers will be available in the “Stone and Double T Beer Garden” in Hog Heaven.

The contest is also the first Fas Fuel Winning Weekday of the year! Each time the IceHogs win at home on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, each fan in attendance may redeem their ticket at the BMO Harris Bank Center Box Office for a free ticket of equal or lesser value to the next weekday home game. Fas Fuel will also be giving away a $50 gift card during each weekday game.

To redeem a Winning Weekday ticket, fans can visit the box office following the game, or during regular box office hours prior to the next weekday game. The box office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fans are not guaranteed the same seat or section for the next game, but are welcome to sit in the same location if the seat in question is available.

The IceHogs and Fas Fuel have also teamed up to help fans earn a free ticket to see the Hogs in action. A new Fas Fuel Rewards card is available at participating Fas Fuel stations in the Rockford area. Cardholders can receive a stamp or punch for each Fas Fuel purchase of at least eight gallons of gas. Once six stamps have been earned, the Fas Fuel Rewards Card can be redeemed at the BMO Harris Bank Center box office for one free upper end zone ticket. Full redemption rules and instructions are available on each Fas Fuel Rewards card.

Next Home Game: Wednesday, Nov. 23, vs. Cleveland Monsters. Game starts at 7 p.m. The IceHogs host the Monsters for the second of four games in the 2016-17 season. Cleveland has notched victories in two of the last three meetings with Rockford. The contest marks the first Dollar Days and Fas Fuel Winning Weekdays game of the year.
