FIRE & ICE TEAM TO HOLD CLINICS AND AUDITIONS

Rockford, Ill.- The Rockford IceHogs Fire & Ice Girls professional cheer and promotion team are holding three clinics and auditions for interested candidates for the 2009-10 team.

The Fire & Ice Girls, presented by Amp Energy, High Maintenance Salon & Spa, Peak Fitness, Speedway Auto Mall and Tanhiti Sun Spa, appear at all 40 IceHogs home games, community appearances and other special events on behalf of the Rockford IceHogs. The three upcoming clinics will cover dance, ice skating, promotions and audition tips. Attendants must be 18 years old to participate. No experience is necessary and the clinics are designed to help teach attendants what they will need to know for the upcoming season. Although attendance at the clinics is not mandatory to audition, interested candidates are strongly encouraged to attend.

CLINIC #1: Thursday, Aug. 13, 7 p.m. at Riverview Ice House
CLINIC #2: Thursday, Aug. 20, 7 p.m. at Riverview Ice House
CLINIC #3: Thursday, Aug. 27, 7 p.m. at Riverview Ice House

AUDITIONS: Thursday, Sept. 10, 7 p.m. at Riverview Ice House
