FINAL WINNING WEEKDAY HIGHLIGHTS SHOWDOWN WITH ADMIRALS

Rockford, Ill. – The Rockford IceHogs host the Milwaukee Admirals for the 11th of 12 matchups between the two teams this season Wednesday night at the BMO Harris Bank Center.

Puck drop is 7 p.m. and fans can tune in to all the action on The Justice Network 23.3 or Dish Network Channel 252, beginning with IceHogs Warmup at 6:30 p.m. IceHogs fans can also listen to the game at WXRX.com or sportsfanradio1330.com, or watch live at AHLlive.com

Wednesday is a Fas Fuel Winning Weekday, and if the IceHogs win tonight, fans can redeem their game ticket for $5 off a purchase of $40 or more at the Oink Outfitters (in store only) through June 1, 2017.

In addition, Wednesday’s contest features $2 beers, soft drinks, hot dogs and companion tickets as part of WXRX Dollar Days, and one lucky fan will also receive a $50 gas card courtesy of Fas Fuel.

Matchup: The IceHogs enter the contest after notching victories in three out of their last five games, including a 4-2 win against Milwaukee on April 8. The Hogs are 4-3-2-1 in the series against the Admirals and, following tonight’s game, conclude their series in their final road game of the season at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena on Friday.

Forward Kyle Baun leads the IceHogs in points (33), including one goal and three assists against the Admirals this season. Brandon Mashinter leads the Hogs in goals with 15 on the season, and has a team-high seven points against Milwaukee (2g-5a-7pts).

Milwaukee is currently ranked third in the Central Division and on a three-game winless streak, including a 3-2 overtime loss to the Iowa Wild on April 9. Against the IceHogs, the Admirals are led by Matt White and Frederick Gaudreau, who have logged a combined 19 points against Rockford in nine games.

Next Home Game: Saturday, April 15 vs. Iowa Wild, 7 p.m. The IceHogs host the Iowa Wild for the IceHogs last game of the 2016-17 season. Saturday is fan appreciation night and the first 2,500 fans will receive a Rockford IceHogs team photo courtesy of American Solutions for Business.
