Fans wearing Bears or Packers gear can get $3 off tickets
Rockford, Ill.- The Rockford IceHogs are giving away a pair of tickets on Friday night to the Chicago -Green Bay game on Sunday at Soldier Field in Chicago. Fans that attend Rockford’s game against the Oklahoma City Barons at 7:05 p.m. can register for an opportunity to win the tickets.
One lucky fan will walk away with two tickets, courtesy of BMC Tickets in Rockford, to the historic game featuring pro football’s oldest rivalry. Twenty-contestants will participate in an on-ice promotion to win the tickets during an intermission at Friday’s game.
To register, fans must fill out the promotional entry form in its entirety and turn it in by the U.S. Cellular Fan Zone located above the escalators in the MetroCentre’s upper concourse. Friday’s game will have a Bears-Packers theme with trivia and other promotions surrounding Sunday’s matchup.
Fans are encouraged to wear their Bears or Packers gear to show support for their favorite team. Any fan who is wearing Bears or Packers paraphernalia will receive $3 off their ticket when purchased at the MetroCentre’s Box Office on Friday.

The first 2,500 fans to the game will receive a pair of IceHogs Fleece Gloves sponsored by FerrellGas and ESPN 1380 AM.
Three fans will be chosen for the promotion on both ESPN 1380 AM WTJK and 104.9 FM WXRX leading up to Friday’s game. The remaining entrants will be chosen at random from the entry forms filled out at the IceHogs game on Friday.
